Objective
A UK rail operator launched a summer advertising campaign to say ‘thank you’ to their loyal customers, cumulating with a series of brand activation events at train stations across the country. The brand activations would give passengers an on-platform experience of a ‘little treat’ to say thank you; from a free cup of coffee to first class rail tickets of their choosing. The events were to take place across six weeks in the summer and coupled with the multi-channel media campaign, would be a call to action for customers to renew season tickets and improve customer satisfaction.
