Delegate Management

Through a uniquely developed process, The Event Foundry provides a slick registration and welcome desk, setting the scene perfectly for your event. All delegates’ data is collected, and event day behaviour is tracked to give great insight into successes and improvement. Workshop choices, event visit timings and delegate profiles can all be collected and live reported.
Event Design

Venue Finding & Management

With a portfolio of events up to 250,000 sq m, The Event Foundry have worked with venues across the UK and will know the right fit for your event. We will broker options that will work on geography, supporting infrastructure, budget and present your event perfectly.
Conference Host Procurement and Management

The Event Foundry call on past experience working with hosts to carefully select options that will present your event with relevance and appropriateness. Once the right host is secured, The Event Foundry will manage their preparation, including transport, event briefing and content and technical requirements.
Contractor Management

From procuring catering to sourcing AV, The Event Foundry has over 25 years’ experience with some of the best contractors in the business. Taking your budget, creative objectives and our contacts, we will present options to you and then take all the pressure of liaising, briefing and managing any contractors brought in to make the magic happen. Our delivery teams are on hand to be the event liaison with contractors on the day of the event, giving you time to network and enjoy the event.
