Objective
A leading, global electronics manufacturer was looking for an exciting way to bring their sales team together from across the south east of the UK to communicate business objectives for the year ahead. It followed a period of significant change in the company, so they understood that they needed a fresh approach. The company wished to appoint a events business to support the planning and logistics of the event, working alongside the existing events team. The event would be three days of team building at a country house hotel with a dinner dance on the first night. The event objective was to communicate a serious business message but with a luxurious and relaxed feel to make the team feel valued.
Solution
It was vital that The Event Foundry built an opportunity for team recognition, appreciation and connection along with clear business objective communication, vision and strategy, in equal measure. The communication, presentation, programme and venue all played an integral part in this. Precise timing and movement of delegates between host venue, a boat cruise, off site team building and leisure facilities was managed by a professional team of event staff, on site throughout the event.
